Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Iron Mile. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and to provide accurate information for your own records.

What Iron Mile Provides

Iron Mile is a trucking financial visibility tool. It helps track loads, fuel, expenses, miles, documents, exports, and weekly NET. It is not tax preparation, accounting, banking, dispatch, ELD, legal, or financial advice.

Calculations, reports, exports, and summaries are provided for visibility and record organization. You are responsible for reviewing entries, confirming settlement details, and using qualified professionals for tax, legal, accounting, and compliance decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not use Iron Mile to access or alter another person's data.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Iron Mile to submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, bypass payment or entitlement checks, or upload data you do not have permission to use.

Subscriptions

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iOS subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. Subscription cancellation, renewal, and refund rules may depend on the payment processor used for your purchase.

App Store subscriptions are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. They renew until canceled through Apple subscription management. App Store refunds, cancellations, billing questions, and subscription changes are handled through Apple. Stripe web subscriptions are managed through Stripe checkout or customer portal links. Iron Mile may change plan features, pricing, or availability, but active users will keep access according to the payment terms shown at purchase.

User Data

You own the trucking records you enter. You are responsible for verifying numbers before using them for settlements, taxes, filings, or business decisions.

Keep independent backups for records that affect carrier disputes, IFTA, taxes, business filings, insurance, audits, or deadlines. Iron Mile is a visibility tool and should not be your only source of truth for regulated records.

Availability

We work to keep Iron Mile reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep backup records for business-critical filings and deadlines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Iron Mile is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on entered data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Iron Mile after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
