App Store subscription cancellations, refunds, and plan changes are handled through Apple. Stripe web billing questions should include the Stripe checkout email or customer portal email used at purchase.
Billing
iOS subscriptions are managed by the App Store and renew until canceled through Apple. Web subscriptions are managed by Stripe.
App Review Demo
Reviewers can open the app, tap SEE DEMO NUMBERS, and inspect populated loads, fuel, expenses, documents, exports, and settings without entering real trucking data.
Records
Iron Mile helps organize your trucking numbers, but you should verify records before filing, billing, or tax decisions.
Account Access
Mobile users can link an Iron Mile account so App Store subscriptions can be verified against durable backend entitlements.
Account Deletion
Mobile users can delete an Iron Mile account from More -> Iron Mile Account. App Store and Stripe subscriptions remain managed through Apple or Stripe.
